These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moo Chuu website, including its pages, product catalogues, product discovery features, Mix & Match tools, images, videos, store information, brand content and any other information or functionality made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).

The Website is operated by NEXTSTEP LIFESTYLE LLP, hereinafter referred to as “Moo Chuu”, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”.

By accessing, browsing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. NATURE AND PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

The Moo Chuu Website is a product discovery, brand information and store discovery platform.

The Website has been created to enable users to explore Moo Chuu footwear, collections, colours, soles, straps, combinations, product features, campaign content and information regarding physical retail locations or other authorised channels through which Moo Chuu products may be available.

The Website is not an e-commerce platform.

Moo Chuu does not currently accept or process purchases, orders, payments, deliveries, refunds, exchanges or cancellations through the Website.

Browsing or interacting with a product on the Website does not constitute an order, booking, reservation, purchase or contract of sale.

These Terms, together with the Moo Chuu Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy where applicable, and any other policies expressly relating to use of the Website, constitute the terms governing use of the Moo Chuu Website.

For clarity,these Website Terms do not constitute the complete terms of an offline retail purchase.

Any purchase made at a physical Moo Chuu store or another authorised sales channel may be governed by separate terms applicable to that transaction.

32. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in New Delhiwill have jurisdiction over disputes arising specifically in connection with use of the Website or these Terms.

Any dispute specifically relating to an offline retail purchase will be subject to applicable law and the terms relevant to that particular transaction.
